|  cooltopten | Oct 5, 2007 6:20am | Not sure if this is revelent to this group but ..I have a website that when I check in google analitics I can see other links that look like mine but go nowhere , when I investigated a little more I found that the source of these links points to another site , but I actually dont have any psysical links from that site on my page .can anyone shed any light to what is going on here please , it looks like i,m losing at least 300 hits a day to this other site. please either reply here or message me if you could help

| | olegnep | Oct 5, 2007 1:37pm | try to find out who the site is registered to (what address , ect ) and see if you can use google to find his phone , harder to ignore phone calls than messages , some of the more techie people in this group might have some other ideas , but i suggest trying every way you can to talk to him first , before taking further action

In google analitics i see posts that I havnet made example cooltopten.blogspot.com/2007/09/watch-fantastic-4-rise-of-silver [cooltopten.blogspot.com/2007/09/watch-fantastic-4-rise-of-silver]-
surfer.html , Now i havnet even posted that movie . i have many of these links now that are getting hits, 300 today and they are under his site which showing up as a content page on google analitics.its really starting to piss me off , as I work hard on my site and this guy is somehow leaching my hits .also worth mentioning is that url I posted ealier dosent actaully go anywhere.its all very strange.Any help would be appreciated. I could show my analitics page if that wiould help. |
